Our history
Hitt Records opened in 2012 on 10 Hitt Street (above the Video Store) with a mission to bring a record shop to Columbia, MO that focused 100% on music. In those early days we were only open on the weekends “24 hours a week”. Since then we’ve expanded our shop and our hours. Two stories of tunes and open 7 days a week! Hitt Records is also a pop-up venue and record label.
